As a parent or guardian, you have special knowledge of your child. Your candid reponses to the following questions will help us to know your child better.
All applications must be accompanied by a fee of $100 for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten or $300 for all other grades. Final acceptance depends upon a parent interview with the administration, admissions testing, evaluation of the enclosed student essay, previous work as shown by an official transcript, the recommendation of a current teacher, the availability of openings in the grade to which you are applying, and any other information the admissions committee deems important. If you desire financial assistance to enable your child to attend The Fourth School, please discuss the financial aid application with the Office of Admissions.
