Year One (2008-09)

• Launched Grade 6
• Implemented 20% faculty salary increase plan
• Revised daily schedule to increase instruction time
• Initiated Academic Support Program
• Revised missions program to focus on two school-wide projects

• Achieved 50% parent participation in The Fourth School Fund (FSF)

Year Two (2009-10)

• Launched new Grades 5/6 middle school model
• Initiated AIMS/MSACS accreditation self-study
• Implemented new K-8 math curriculum
• Implemented new middle school athletic program
• Created Director of Student Activities position
• Fund/build new Middle School building, athletic field/field house, and multi-purpose gymnasium
• Create a Major Gifts Committee
• Achieve 55% parent participation in FSF

Year Three (2010-11)

• Add Grade 7; Grow enrollment by 25%
• Host accreditation team; Develop plan of action
• Hire middle school science teacher
• Expand middle school athletics to include Grade 7
• Re-implement summer camps & sports camps
• Expand Major Giving Program
• Develop a campus landscape/ master plan for future growth
• Achieve 60% parent participation in FSF

Year Four (2011-12)

• Add Grade 8; Grow enrollment by 25%
• Receive AIMS/MSACS accreditation
• Launch Grade 8 Cultural-Biblical Worldview Class
• Expand middle school athletics to offer Grades 7/8 teams
• Expand fine arts to include band and theater
• Begin process for new three - five year Strategic Plan
• Achieve 70% parent participation in FSF
